Who we are.

Wolfe Family operates a private information-retrieval service that delivers reference information by SMS to the account holder.

Information we collect.

We collect the mobile phone number of the account holder and the phone number from which a request originates, along with the date and time of each message sent or received.

How we use it.

Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages requested by the account holder and to maintain records of message delivery.

No sharing of mobile information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of the service, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies and depends on the number of requests initiated by the account holder. We anticipate fewer than 10 messages per month.

Rates.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages.

Retention.

Message logs are retained for 24 months and then deleted.
